You remeber Pelosi said that they had to pass it to find out what is in it?

Well Guess what is in it.....
NEW TAXES!!!!

The new taxes and fees include a 2 percent levy on every health plan

There’s also a $2 fee per policy that goes into a new medical-research trust fund called the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute.

Insurers pay a 3.5 percent user fee to sell medical plans on the HealthCare.gov Web site.(You know that will be passed on to you)

the 2.3 percent medical-device tax that will inflate the cost of items such as pacemakers, stents and prosthetic limbs.

Americans are currently allowed to deduct expenses that exceed 7.5 percent of their annual income. The threshold jumps to 10 percent under ObamaCare, costing taxpayers about $15 billion over 10 years.

Just say NO to INTERNET SALES TAX....

NH congressional delegation opposes bid to have online businesses be tax collectors.............

U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., on Tuesday urged Republican House Speaker John Boehner to reject any attempt to bring the "Marketplace Fairness Act" to the House floor for consideration. A day earlier, U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., called on House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., to exempt businesses in states without a sales tax, if the House takes up the Senate-approved legislation.

I have written about this before...here............here

If you feel that you don't pay enough tax...........

Just Pay More.
Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, When you file your personal income taxes in April, send in more money.
If your accountant says you are entitled to a refund, deny it.
If you have to pay in April, double it, triple it.
There is absolutely nothing stopping you from paying, as you call it, "your fair share".
If anyone is making more than $250,000 and feels that they can pay more, pay it.
When I was working full time, I was paying over 60% of my gross income to the government. That included Federal income tax, State income tax, city waiver tax, Fica, medicare, real estate taxes, sales taxes, all those taxes on telephone bills, all those taxes on cable bills, capital gains tax, water tax, and others miscellaneous taxes.

The Tax Code Simplified For Democrat Readers....

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.
So, that’s what they decided to do.

The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve. “Since you are all such good customers,” he said, “I’m going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20.” Drinks for the ten now cost just $80.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free. But what about the other six men – the paying customers? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his ‘fair share?’ They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody’s share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man’s bill by roughly the same amount, and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay. And so:

The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings).
The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33%savings).
The seventh now pay $5 instead of $7 (28%savings).
The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings).
The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% savings).
The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).

Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free. But once outside the restaurant, the men began to compare their savings.

“I only got a dollar out of the $20,” declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man,” but he got $10!”

“Yeah, that’s right,” exclaimed the fifth man. “I only saved a dollar, too. It’s unfair that he got ten times more than I!”

“That’s true!” shouted the seventh man. “Why should he get $10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!”

“Wait a minute,” yelled the first four men in unison. “We didn’t get anything at all. The system exploits the poor!”

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn’t show up for drinks, so the nine sat down and had beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn’t have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!

And that, boys and girls, journalists and college professors, is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

41 Obama employees owe over $20K in back taxes

Federal Employees owe
$1,000,000,000
in back taxes.

The LA Times writes.....Privacy laws prevent release of individual tax delinquent’s names. But we do know that as of the end of 2009, 41 people inside Obama’s very own White House owe the government they’re allegedly running a total of $831,055 in back taxes. That would cover a lot of special chocolate desserts in the White House Mess.

The Washington Post writes.... Capitol Hill employees owed $9.3 million in overdue taxes at the end of last year, a sliver of the $1 billion owed by federal workers nationwide but one with potential political ramifications for members of Congress.

Shouldn't that be cause for disqualification for employment?
Shouldn't it be cause for termination if a determination is made that it was willful?

What are your real taxes?

The real tax rate is equal to government spending

Reprinted from REAL REVO.

I have made similar posts in the past.

Milton Friedman famously stated that the real tax rate is equal to government spending. If you want to understand the tea party movement, you only really need to understand this one simple fact. It is really that simple. The argument that Obama hasn’t raised taxes on the middle class is factually wrong. He has raised taxes literally but he has also raised real taxes by grossly increasing government spending.

When the government spends money, it must be repaid with interest. That means that tax revenue must be raised. When government increases spending, it must be paid with an increase in taxes. Those tax increases may come in the form of tax rate increases, increases in interest rates, increases in interest paid and in inflation. They may not be immediate tax increases, but they absolutely, positively are tax increases that will be paid by the populace. It is a certitude.

Tea party activists understand that every increase in government spending is an increase in taxes whether it appears in the tax code or not. They know that, in one form or another, the tax rate will increase to pay for the spending. It has to.

When discussing the issue with family and friends, it is important that they understand this simple fact: the real tax rate is equal to government spending and government spending has exploded since the Democrats took over the congress and White House.

No Matter what you are paying now does not matter. It is the liability that incur with every dollar the government spends that matters.

Eventually, a family has to pay its bills. The same with government.

What if the Corporations and their Owners all move to the Caribbean?

Investors Business Daily Reports....
The top 5% pay 60.6% of federal income taxes, while earning 37% of adjusted gross income. The top 10% pay 71.2% of income taxes, while earning 48% of adjusted gross income.

Meanwhile, the bottom 50% of income earners pay only 2.9% of federal income taxes. Indeed, the bottom 95% of income earners pay 39.4% of all federal income taxes. That means the top 1% of income earners pay more federal income taxes than the bottom 95%!

Leaving on a Jet Plane
Today we live in a smaller world. We are connected digitally. But we can move. Many people leave one state and go to another to avoid taxes. John Kerry did it with his yacht.

The rich can move. Rush moved from NY to Florida. LeBron moved from Cleveland. The NYSE does not have to be in NY anymore. Telecommuting, teleconferencing, etc.. can accomplish business across continents. What if the rich move all their assets to Andorra, the Bahamas,or Monaco? What if they move their companies to Barbados, the United Arab Emirates, or Panama?

The Taxman Cometh.......

The Wall St.Journal States..........
National Taxpayer Advocate Nina Olson, who operates inside the IRS, highlighted the agency's new mission in her annual report to Congress........

.........the agency is now responsible for "the most extensive social benefit program the IRS has been asked to implement in recent history." And without "sufficient funding" it won't be able to discharge these new duties...........

Ms. Olson also exposed a damaging provision that she estimates will hit some 30 million sole proprietorships and subchapter S corporations, two million farms and one million charities and other tax-exempt organizations. Prior to ObamaCare, businesses only had to tell the IRS the value of services they purchase. But starting in 2013 they will also have to report the value of goods they buy from a single vendor that total more than $600 annually—including office supplies and the like........

........Democrats snuck in this obligation to narrow the mythical "tax gap" of unreported business income, but Ms. Olson says that the tracking costs for small businesses will be "disproportionate as compared with any resulting improvement in tax compliance." Job creation, here we come . . . at least for the accountants who will attempt to comply with a vast new 1099 reporting burden.

There are just not enough foreclosures I guess

The tax break for mortgage interest may be eliminated.

Democrats on President Barack Obama’s financial commission are considering the wisdom of permanent tax breaks such as the mortgage deduction and corporate deferral. Calling them “tax entitlements,” senior Democratic lawmakers have argued they should be on the table for reform just like traditional entitlement programs Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid, according to the Hill

No Mention in regard to how many foreclosures will result from this new tax increase.
And No mention how many taxpayers, earning less than $250,000 this will effect.

Blue Va Regurgitates A Bogus Number.

"There are three kinds of lies:
Lies, damned lies, and
statistics."
-Benjamin Disraeli

USA today is comparing apples and oranges.

They take the total income of all employees and divide it by the total of all employees. That sounds fair, except that 50% of the employed do not pay taxes.
The real number would be to take the total amount of income earned by all federal taxpayers, divided by the number of people who in fact pay federal income tax.

To Blue Va and Michael Ettlinger, start thinking instead of just regurgitating Lefty talking points. The number is not a legitimate measure of anything substantial. It is a bogus # created by a statistician. When 50% of the people don't pay any federal income taxes, stating that income, property, sales and other taxes — consumed 9.2% of all personal income in 2009, the lowest rate since 1950, doesn't mean much to the 50% who actually pay federal taxes.

That 9.2% is paid by a far smaller number of people than the total number of people employed. If the number is 9.2% of all personal income of those employed, as opposed to 9.2% of those who actually pay federal income taxes, we are talking about totally different percentage of each taxpayers individual tax rate. Since there are about 140 Million employed vs approximately 70 Million federal taxpayers, that 9.2% is far less than what each individual taxpayer actually pays.

No One Is Stopping Them From Paying More.

They Can File As Single Taxpayers With No Dependents.
They want to pay more, go ahead, pay more.
Maybe, if they think the programs they want to save, are worth saving, they could fund them personally. Or maybe..........
They are part of this group.

Oh Thank You Mr. President !!!

Oh Thank You Mr. President !!!

President Barack Obama said Thursday he’s amused by the anti-tax tea party protests that have been taking place around Tax Day.
Obama told a fundraiser in Miami that he’s cut taxes, contrary to the claims of protesters.

“You would think they’d be saying thank you,” he said.

Oh Thank You Mr. President !!!

The President is like a credit card company that just lowered the monthly minimum payment.
"Oh Wow, Look what we did for you. Any tax decreases, incentives, etc... are just a lowering of the minimum payment..... for now. The principal is still increasing.
Oh Thank You Mr. President !!!
My take home pay increased by $200 a month for the last year. Woooohooooo. My income decreased by 2.2%.Then I did my taxes, and guess what I paid. Yep, the exact same as the previous year. I owed that extra $2400 on April 15th.
Oh Thank You Mr. President !!!
The debt ceiling keeps getting raised. It is now up to $14 trillion.
The Dems spending under President Obama is like that person who gets extra credit cards and maxing out the cards.
We know the bill will come due. We will have to start paying the principal sometime.
Oh Thank You Mr. President !!!

The tax cuts the president is talking about are like our federal credit card company is giving us 6 months of 0% interest. But we all know that when that 6 months is up, the interest rate will be 23.99%. It is a scam, because there are no real cuts.

The New Due Date for Payment is November.
