"Implement it, then fix it" Broken Condom Theory

That is what I am hearing from many folk.

They say,"We know it has many problems. We know there will be changes. But let's implement it, then fix the problems."
They say it is "the law for 3 1/2 years". It is approved by the Supreme Court.

Well lets try this on for size. You have a condom. You know it has a hole in it. Well, you can "implement it, and fix it later" or you can fix the problem before you enter into that behavior.

Pelosi said we have to implement it, to see what was in it.
Well we know there is a hole in the condom. We know many of the problems with Obamacare. Let's patch the hole we know about. Let's recind the tax on Medical Devices right away. Even Harry Reid said it was "stupid".

Parents Be Damned ! ! !

If your little kiddie wants a condom in kindergarten, they can get them in Provincetown, Mass. Dr.Beth Singer, school superintendent, didn't put an age limit on the request.
The school committee left the parents out. "Parents should have a conversation with their children and ask them not to ask for condoms"See more here and here

Is this really a school problem??

High school students and college-age adults have been complaining to District officials that the free condoms the city has been offering are not of good enough quality and are too small and that getting them from school nurses is "just like asking grandma or auntie."

In DC schools they have a 30-minute online training course called "WrapMC" -- for Master of Condoms.

I am guessing they don't have a 30 minute class on these Trojans
