While over 100,000 people were expected to show up at today’s ceremonies marking the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech, late estimates put the crowd numbers at 20,000. Mike Levine of ABC News reported at 2:10 p.m. ET that unofficial crowd estimates from law enforcement sources put the number at “over 20,000.”
Noticeably absent from the speaker line-up at the Let Freedom Ring event commemorating the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington today: the nation’s only black Senator, Tim Scott. He was not invited to participate in the historic event, a spokesperson for the Senator said.
Washington, D.C., federal workers were given the opportunity to take a “liberal leave” day to participate in the observation.

What kind of condom are you? DC is asking.
The District of Columbia Department of Health sponsored the "Rubber Revolution D.C." project. The "Rubber Revolution" website offers information on obtaining and using condoms, and on practicing safe sex in general. But our tax dollars are also being spent on What kind of condom are you?
Free condoms can be obtained from the city through a discreet web form -- "mailed in a plain envelope" -- or, if you’re less shy, you can just "call 311 and tell the customer service representative that you want to order free condoms."

Is this really a school problem??

High school students and college-age adults have been complaining to District officials that the free condoms the city has been offering are not of good enough quality and are too small and that getting them from school nurses is "just like asking grandma or auntie."
In DC schools they have a 30-minute online training course called "WrapMC" -- for Master of Condoms.
I am guessing they don't have a 30 minute class on these Trojans
