North Carolina......White Males won't be hired..

When will people stop being 

Hyphenated Americans, 

and just be Americans?

Kim Ratliff, a Mecklenburg County Commissioner, says she doesn't want to hire a white guy. Commissioner Ratliff stated on Friday that she believes the position should be filled by "just someone who is not a white male."
 
You can see she is doing some backtracking now.....
When will people stop being Hyphenated Americans, and just be Americans?
