Cyrus becomes first second-time swatting victim

For those who haven't heard of this STUPID, DANGEROUS prank, Swatting is where some ass causes the police to respond heavily to a location. It is a police false alarm, that could have tragic results. Miley Cyrus was the victim on May 18th, as well as last August.
Los Angeles Police Department Commander Andrew Smith said last year that someone is bound to get seriously injured during one of these pranks.
