Newsweek is saying that he may be the next Bin Laden.
He was taken into custody in late 2003 in the wake of an attempt to assassinate Pakistani President Musharraf.
Kashmiri was behind a 2008 plan to assassinate Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani according to sources.
According to The News International, Kashmiri is accused of organizing the December 2009 Camp Chapman attack against the CIA
