Mark Warner tries to get slippery
"There is no place in the Constitution"
Hey Mark, the US Government is not my cell phone provider.
It doesn't supply my landline.
And why is that Mark?
The Constitution doesn't say it is a power of the federal government to provide that service, so it doesn't.
Well Mark, the Bill of Rights has this Amendment. it is the 10th.....
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
So it shouldn't provide my phone, or steal my insurance.
