“What’s in Elena Kagan’s heart is that of a good person who adopts a philosophy I disagree with,” Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C said. “She will serve this nation honorably, and it would not have been someone I would have chosen, but the person who did choose, President Obama, I think chose wisely.”

Does Graham realize that he sounds like an idiot?

Sen.Coburn asks her if the Commerce Clause would allow the government to pass a law that mandated eating fruits and veggies. Kagen says it is stupid, but won't say that the government can't do that.

In a carefully worded letter to top Judiciary Committee Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions, the Obama administration says it might withhold some of the memos Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan wrote when she served in the Clinton White House, according to The Daily Caller

Call your Senator.

Tell them "Don't just vote NO, vote HECK NO ! ! " if the Obama Administration hides Documents on Supreme Court nominee Kagan. How can they vote if they know Obama and his cronies are HIDING INFO???
