Carl Tomanelli from Londonderry, is a retired New York City cop.
He dared to ask a question at a Rep.Shea-Ported townhall, and he didn't have a golden ticket. The Congresswoman got security to Boot him. Then she taunted him on the way out. She can be heard taunting the man on his way out by saying, “I do hope the movie theater can be a little quieter for you.”
