This guy is about as big a tool bag as they come. I served in Iraq and Afghanistan, and I also understand the Constitution. There is something called implied powers, and since America's founding Congress has been using this clause to dictate what is neccessary and proper. You all are a bunch of idiots who pretend that you know what you are talking about, but really don't know a damn thing. Thanks for the laugh, thats about all this blog is good for.
