Differences....

Thomas Sowell says basically.....Liberals want to help the disadvantaged. Conservatives want to end the disadvantage.
When I was studying Urban Admin, I thought the perfect public administrator should be doing their best to eliminate the need for their job. In reality, the public administrator is trying to maximize their power so they can administer to a great group of recipients. And never the twain shall meet.
