Western State's new complex opens in Oct.

It’s been eight years of planning, construction and raising money — the General Assembly gave $100 million and Staunton gave $15 million. Now, the hospital is a few months out from being occupied. The hospital was scheduled to begin installing furniture Monday at the new complex.
