Employers added 88,000 new jobs in March

The unemployment rate down to 7.6 percent

BUT.........

The civilian labor force declined by 496,000 over the month, and the 

labor force participation rate decreased by 0.2 percentage point to 63.3%. 

You can do the math. We gained 88,000 jobs, but 496,000 people were removed from the 

labor force. 7.6% is totally BOGUS
