Do you want to have “In God We Trust” license plates?

Do you want to have “In God We Trust” license plates?
Valley legislators Sen. Mark Obenshain and Del. Dickie Bell are sponsoring the bill in the General Assembly and the vote could come at any time. However, as with any other specialty plate, they need at least 350 pre-filed applications on hand when they make their case to their respective committees.

You can download and complete the application form at www.ingodwetrustvaplate.com, attach a $10 check, and send it to the address shown on the form. No money from the plate will be allocated to any other entities, in contrast so some other specialty plates.

  1. Are you a conservative or not? Why do you want the government involved in this? Everyone is already free to adorn their vehicle with as many religion based bumper stickers and decals as they wish!

There are tons of plate options out there.

  3. There are over 260 choices, from Parrotheads, to fraternities, to unions. I don't see a problem with having having the official motto of the United States on out license plate.

Mr.Anonymous, did you look at the money in your pocket? Can we adorn that with religious stickers?

Do I want our government involved in coining currency?
