I wonder who does discuss personnel issues on the school board? According to Delegate Bell, he found out about the denial from the press. Apparently, someone on the school board spoke to the press before they spoke to Delegate Bell. A reporter called Delegate Bell to ask him about the denial.
As a SB, do they know how to write? That's a run on sentence. It should read:
