Almost 5% of Ireland's total milk production goes to making Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur. Over 1 million gallons ofcream per year. They have 40,000 cows whose sole purpose is to supply the cream.
I know it is hard to imagine this, but the shelf life of Bailey's is 24 months.
