Rep. Jack Murtha is reported to be deceased

Murtha had a scheduled laparoscoppi surgery last week at the Bethesda Naval Hospital. John Murtha was apparently in the hospital over gall bladder
surgery from last week.According to reports, he was put in intensive care at a Virginian hospital on Feb. 2, 2010.Spokesman for Rep. John Murtha says the Pennsylvania Democrat has died at 77.
