Harry doubles down with race card.

Well the delays on Civil Rights and Voting rights are well known. He can ask Senator Byrd how it was done by the Democrats. He had a 14 day filibuster in regards. See this history here

And lest he forget, Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. We know where he stood on the slavery issue. Where were the delays coming from then? Oh Yeah, The Democrats.
