Courteney Cox is gearing up to get back to work after she was forced to halt production of her TV show Cougar Town due to “a private family matter.”The ABC show, which stopped filming briefly last week, resumes production Nov. 30 following an already-planned weeklong break for Thanksgiving, the network says, according to Showbiz Spy
