"May God bless and keep the Czar....."

In"Fiddler on the Roof" the people acknowledge that in Judaism, there exists a blessing for everything.
They ask the Rabbi, "Rabbi, is there a proper blessing for the Czar?"
He ponders for a moment, then, comes up with the answer:
"May God bless and keep the Czar... far away from us!"
I think we need to offer this blessing today.
