Apparently there is a new slur
used by the liberal elites about
Constitutionalists.

The 'tenthers'
Liberal activists have a new name to disparage conservatives: "tenthers." The nickname refers to those who cite the 10th Amendment to argue that federal intervention in areas not authorized by the Constitution, like health care for example, is unconstitutional. Or so it says in an article in the Washington Times.
The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution states......
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
