DON'T READ THE BILL ! ! !

I always said the only thing worse than a bad law is a good law that is impossible to enforce. Well I will add that a law that no one can understand is worse than a bad law.
When we have congressmen admitting that they don't understand the laws that they are passing, then we are in serious trouble
